Perché . Why

Il sottobosco nasce con il preciso intento di dare una "forma" reale alla poesia italiana, quella che si nasconde nel sottobosco, appunto, per usare una metafora.
Il sottobosco è quello delle parole sulla rete, quello dei poeti nascosti perché convinti di non valere, quello di tutti coloro che aspettano sulle rive del fiume che la poesia delle lobbies dell'establishment si accorga di loro.
Il sottobosco è quello di chi ha da anni i propri versi nel cassetto, quello di chi non ha mai pubblicato perché gli hanno chiesto di pagare per avere un ISBN, quello di chi è stato aspramente criticato da chi non ha cognizione di causa.
Il sottobosco vuol essere un luogo di Poesia, e Scrittura. Dove non ci sono servi e padroni, ma regna incontrastata la Parola. Un luogo di apertura all'altro, e al mondo.

The Brushwood is born with the precise aim of giving a real "form" to Italian Poetry, that one which is hidden in the brushwood, to use a metaphor.
The brushwood is that of the words in the internet, the one of hidden poets who think they are not worth be read, the one of all those who are waiting on the river's banks that the establishment/lobbies' poetry will notice them.
The brushwood is the one of all those who since ages has his own verses in a drawer, the one of those who never have published because they were asked to pay so to have a ISBN, the one of who has been harshly criticized from someone who was not even aware of the facts.
The brushwood wants to be a place of and for Poetry, and Writing.
Where there are no servants neither masters, but the Word is what is unopposedly predominates.
A place of opening towards the Other, and the World. The English translation is needed for this too.
